Jim Lodge is Senior Development Officer at ORT (Organization for Rehabilitation through Training), focusing on ORT’s relationships with federations. He comes to this role having spent a career in the Federation Movement. Jim is a lawyer by background, having graduated from Haverford College, Harvard Law School and the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. While participating in a Young Leadership program at The Associated, he decided to join the organization’s professional ranks. He also served at the Cleveland and Buffalo Federations (the latter, as executive director). He left Buffalo in 1999 to serve as Vice President of Israel and Overseas at JFNA, where he focused on overseas allocations, working closely with many communities.

Mikhail Libkin is a former ORT student turned national director of ORT Russia. After graduating from the Moscow ORT Technology School he studied for degrees including a Masters in Applied Mathematics. He has joined a variety of international programs on modern technology and education, including at the US State Department’s IVLP Program and the Schusterman ROI initiative. He has worked for ORT for 23 years in different roles, from being a former head of IT and ex-director of development for ORT Russia, up to his current position leading the organization. Mikhail volunteers with many international Jewish social and cultural programs, including Limmud in the FSU and Taglit-Birthright among others. He is a regular speaker within the Federations movement and a past speaker at the JFNA GA and FRD Leadership Mission. A father of three, Mikhail lives in Moscow and enjoys travel, culture and photography.
