Three to be honored with Donald Riegle Community Service Award

FLINT, MI – Three will be honored as part of the Flint Jewish Federation’s Donald Riegle Community Service Awards later this month.

John Rhymes, Jim Richardson and Kay Schwartz will be acknowledged at the event on Sept. 26 because they have helped enhance the quality of life and human dignity of citizens of the Flint area, according to the Flint Jewish Federation.
